If you’ve never seen the “visual poetry” at Levitated, it’s definitely worth a visit. You’ll need flash to view Levitated and the rest of post so if you don’t have it, you can get it here.

Below is one of the open source flash modules that I modified with some of my images. While I’m not a flash person and it probably took much longer for me than for someone who knows what they’re doing, the result is certainly entertaining. Clicking on the image in the center will take you to my home page. Have fun!

First of all I’d like to thank those of you who have visited the site over the last couple months. I’ve finally completed a couple of the things I’ve been hoping to do for quite a while - update the web site and add new work to the galleries. The web site update is more of a face lift and not a complete redesign which I plan on doing sometime next year (with hired help of course - these small changes take me long enough!)

The New Work (temporarily unavailable) gallery has been updated with images from the past several months. ‘Outhouse’ and ‘Olmstead Point’ are from the Nocturnes Mono Lake Workshop I attended in August. ‘Starfish’ and ‘Driftwood’ are from the amazing beaches of the Olympic Peninsula and the two ferry images are part of an ongoing project that will eventually be posted on its own. I will be re-organizing the galleries soon but until then, enjoy!

I’m happy to announce that I will be doing a night photography workshop with Lance Keimig in Seattle on August 24-27, 2007. I’ll be posting more information here when it’s available but rest assured it will be a great experience!
