Victor,

The parts of the image I showed in the examples were deep in the shadows. I'm not sure by your comment if you used a single exposure and made the +2 and +4 adjustments in ACR or if you used multiple initial exposures, the former of which wouldn't work. Do you have an example to send me?Use the contact form on my home page (brianchapmanphotography.com) to get my email address.

Which thread on the LL forums are you refering to at the beginning of this post? I'd like to go back and read it, but you don't have a link in your blog post.

Thanks,
Dave

Hi Brian

Very nice way of reducing noise. However, I could only fix the highlights successfuly but the noise in the shodow and dark areas is still apparent. Perhaps, I used only one image or "I overexposed the image and I changed the exposure + 2, also tried + 4" and it did reduce the noise very much so, but I have to do something else to reduce the noise in the shadows only not sure which way? can you post something similar for the shadows and dark areas?

Your assitance is appreciated

Your blog is very nice idea, but I must admit your photography is something else, just !!!AMAZING!!!

Regards
