I recently came back from a trip to Amsterdam, Venice, and Lake Como - while it wasn’t really productive photographically I did come home with a few images I really like. This is in Amsterdam across the street from the flower market. It’s a reflection of some of the beautiful row houses (?) in the canal with some not so beautiful garbage floating by….the long exposure helps make the garbage a bit more appealing than in person. I’ll be posting a couple more images from the trip here and on flickr.
In other news - the Darkness Darkness night photography exhibit in Boston is showing through April 30 and then traveling to at least a few US locations - and hopefully Seattle (I’ll keep you posted).
